1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- During busy seasons (e.g., holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options:
United Kingdom
- Royal Mail Standard Delivery (2–4 business days)
- Yodel Economy Delivery (2–4 business days)
- Express Delivery (Next Day) (order before 2pm)
- Free Shipping on qualifying orders (conditions may apply)
Europe
- Standard Delivery to Europe (5–10 business days)
- Free Shipping for orders above £100
Rest of the World
- Standard International Delivery (7–14 business days)
- Free Shipping for orders above £100
3. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where applicable).
- Tracking may not be available for some standard international shipments.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
- MiniScentMuse is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, please allow up to 15 business days before contacting us.
- If your parcel is lost or does not arrive, contact help@miniscentmuse.com with your order details.
- For damaged deliveries, notify us within 48 hours of receipt (with photos).
6. Restrictions
- Due to international shipping regulations, we may not be able to deliver to certain countries.
- Customers will be notified if their order cannot be shipped.
