Refunds & Returns

At MiniScentMuse, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- In resalable condition.
- Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at help@miniscentmuse.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
- If you need an exchange, email us at help@miniscentmuse.com.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfumes (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Clearance/sale items marked as “final sale.”
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment provider.
- Contact your bank/payment processor, as processing times vary.
